Dinner at Grand Palace Riga Hotel

I know you have missed me! I'm sorry if I don't write here for a while but I had lots of plans to organize for the first trip to Latvia. 

 

Riga was an amazing choice for this weekend, the city was stunning! Lucky to be there meanwhile the country was celebrating the 99th anniversary of independence. 

 

Lights, fireworks and Christmas trees made this place warm even though the weather was not that good ( Cooold!!! ).

 

But what left me even more amazed was the beautiful and stylish Grand Palace Hotel, which I had the opportunity to collaborate with.

 

The hotel was completely refurbished and renewed in the last few years. The design of the public spaces is vintage with amazing colors and interior designs! Furniture are coming from Spain and the building was hosting the bank of Latvia in the past. 

 

In this first post, I would like to share with you the high quality seafood dinner that I had on the first night at the Grand Palace Hotel in Riga.

 

Not much to say, the pictures will talk by their-selves. I highly recommend to try the tartar of tuna if you visit the restaurant for dinner! The food is fresh and cooked with dedication and attention to the fine dining. Amazing style chosen for the plates!
